Aldi Heir Berthold Albrecht Dies at 58

German billionaire and heir to the Aldi supermarket chain Berthold Albrecht died in November at the age of 58, Reuters said Friday. He was the son of Aldi co-founder Theo Albrecht, who died in July 2010. The Aldi business, which has estimated worldwide annual revenue of about $65 billion, also owns the Trader Joe's grocery chain in the United States.
