Cardinal Health exec named CEO at C&S
Cardinal Health supply chain chief Mike Duffy has been named CEO at C&S Wholesale Grocers.
Effective Jan. 8, Duffy will assume leadership responsibility for the company’s strategic development, customer satisfaction and day-to-day operations. This will allow current CEO Rick Cohen to focus on his role of executive chairman of the board, leading the organization’s growth and innovation strategy.
Duffy has spent more than two decades building expertise through his work at Cardinal Health, the Gillette Co., and Procter & Gamble (following its acquisition of Gillette). He has most recently been serving as president of global manufacturing and supply chain at Cardinal.
Currently serving on the board of trustees for the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Duffy previously has been on the board of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and has served as president of the Corporate Advisory Council at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business for its Master of Supply Chain Management Program.
