Engaging Brand Websites Spur Visitors To Buy More: Study

Consumers who visit CPG brand websites buy 37 percent more of the brand in retail stores than those who don't, according to new research from Accenture, comScore Inc. and DunnhumbyUSA. The study found website content that's updated regularly and engages users, while providing persuasive messages on a brand's value, are most effective.
