If Cargill Were a Public Company…
Cargill's $119.5 billion in annual revenue would have put it No. 18 on this year's Fortune 500, according to a profile on CNNMoney.com. Besides dealing in grain, soybeans and other commodities, the company has a $50 billion ingredients business of food additives, the story said. About 90 percent of the company's stock is owned by descendents of William Cargill and John MacMillan, CNNMoney reported.
