A New York man is suing PepsiCo's Frito-Lay unit for deceptive advertising related to the company's "all-natural" labeling of Tostitos and SunChips, Reuters said. The lawsuit said independent tests of the snacks found them to contain corn and oil made from genetically engineered plants, and it estimates damages of more than $5 million, the story said. A company spokeswoman told Reuters the company was in compliance with labeling requirements.
