Most Shoppers Plans Spend Less than $100 on Valentine's Day Gifts
Most shoppers will spend the same amount on Valentine's Day gifts as they did last year, with two-thirds of consumers planning to spend less than $100 and most planning to shell out between $25 and $50, according to a survey of online shoppers conducted in January by PriceGrabber, a unit of Experian. About 20 percent of respondents said they plan to buy candy for their valentine, the survey indicated.
