Survey Shows Shoppers Want More Nutrition Information on Food Labels

The number of Americans who say they would like to see more nutritional information on food labels is rising, according to a survey by the International Food Information Council. About 24 percent of Americans surveyed seek more nutritional information, up from 18 percent in 2010, Bloomberg reported.
