Tesco executive joins Nordstrom in top tech role
Nordstrom has a new Chief Technology Officer who hails from the food retail world.
Edmond Mesrobian joins Nordstrom from multinational grocery retailer Tesco, where he focused on strengthening the company's technological capabilities and creating innovative solutions for its customers.
"Nordstrom is leading the charge to redefine the role technology and digital tools play in the retail environment. I'm excited to be joining a terrific team in supporting the company's continued focus in leveraging technology innovation to serve customers in new and better ways," said Mesrobian.
The company says that Mesrobian will support all aspects of technology across the company. He will focus on advancing Nordstrom's suite of technology capabilities in order to best meet the evolving needs of customers.
