BJ's gets even more personal with shoppers

BJ’s Wholesale Club is accelerating its efforts to deliver a more personalized, relevant experience to customers by partnering with Toshiba.

BJ’s has selected Toshiba's TCx Vector solution to be deployed as part of the retailer's expanded commitment to making shopping the club more convenient. This includes the continued rollout and expansion of loyalty programs, self-checkout systems and other mobile shopping solutions.

Additionally, both companies will focus on rapid development and deployment of new capabilities using Toshiba’s TCx Elevate digital commerce platform.

According to Toshiba, TCx Vector provides a comprehensive approach to planning and executing promotions and loyalty programs. The product integrates transaction log (TLOG) data, plus other structured and unstructured data, to better understand customer and basket information when creating customer segments for more targeted offers.
