According to CNBC and The New York Times, more and more consumers are buying "raw" water, and the demand is being met by thriving upstarts who deliver unfiltered, untreated, unsterilized water.
The "water consciousness movement" is apparently being driven by an effort to avoid tap water and the chemicals that are added to is. Bottled spring water is also not acceptable, because it it filtered and treated.
