Former McDonald's and Walmart executive Melissa Kersey now leads HR at Tractor Supply Company.

Tractor Supply named former McDonald’s USA chief people officer Melissa Kersey as its new chief human resources officer, effective July 20. Before joining McDonald’s in 2017, Kersey held a variety of senior HR roles at Walmart from 2008 to 2017. Prior to Walmart, Kersey spent eight years with Alltel and four years with Target.

Former Campbell Soup Company executive CFO Anthony DiSilvestro will join Mattel, Inc. on June 29 as an executive advisor before becoming the toy maker’s CFO at the end of July. DiSilvestro spent 24 years at Campbell in various finance roles, including CFO, before departing in 2019.

Former Procter & Gamble executive Lynn Neal has joined merchandising and marketing services provider SellCheck in the new role of chief product officer reporting to founder and CEO Rich Butwinick. Neal spent 33 years with Procter & Gamble.

SodaStream, acquired by PepsiCo two years ago, named beverage industry veteran Richard Hinsliff as its new vice president of sales for the U.S. Hinsliff previously held leadership roles at GURU Organic Energy Drink, Red Bull and Heineken.

Veteran food industry executive Jeff Powers was named president and COO of poultry processor Gemstone Foods. Prior to Gemstone, Powers was with the Fresh Foods Group and he also spent time with Pilgrim’s Pride and Tyson Foods.

Anthony Scaglione will assume the role of CFO at Office Depot, effective July 20, after previously serving as CFO at facilities management provider ABM Industries.

E-commerce advertising platform provider CitrusAd made three key executive appointments. The three-year-old company named David Haase as chief revenue and development officer after he held the role of chief revenue officer at Triad during a 13 year career. Christian Lopez joined CitrusAd from Criteo and will serve as vice president and solutions architect. Sean Cheyney was named global SVP of sales for CitrusAd and also joined the company from Triad where he served as vp of global business development.

Kevin Stadler joined video surveillance solutions provider Evolon Technology as CEO after serving the past seven years as CEO of 4R Systems, a provider of cloud-based machine learning and AI solutions.

Filling Stadler’s position at 4R Systems was Mark Garland. He joined the company in 2012 and most recently served as EVP of sales, marketing and solutions.
